Message #1 Posted by Arthur Coons on 21 Aug 2003, 10:50 p.m.

Help, I have looked everywere and can not find anybody who sells the expansion cards ( chemistry and calculus) for the hp 48gx. If you know were I can find some let me know. I also buy used ones if you have them (even if they are not chem or calc) Thanks Art

Before you buy any Calculus card, try Erable + ALG48. I once had the Sparcom Calculus card but stopped using it after having discovered Erable...

Yes, I agree with Erik. Buy RAM cards and look for good software in www.hpcalc.org

Hi Raul,

Good to see your post. I just bought some RAM cards from Klotz ysterday! I decided that I needed to "take the plunge" as it were. My curiosity regarding some of the programs on hpcalc.org, and my interest in trying out the hp41 emulator on the 48, finally convinced me that I needed to get extra memory.

Some time back, you gave me some pointers on RPL programming and it was a great help. I re-coded my simple little RPN keystroke 3-D centroid solver to RPL using lists, and it is very cool! Even my co-workers like it.

Best regards,

Bill
