Start collecting something else
Message #1 Posted by Victor Koechli on 11 Aug 2003, 5:00 a.m.

HPs are definitively getting too expensive, I think I have to start looking for a new hobby ;-)

Need proof? Just look at this auction..

Cheers, Victor

Isn't it a bit risky ? One cannot see what look like the calculator closer.

[hushed voice] other makes are a lot cheaper to collect and some are even good.

The surest way to drop the price would be to try to sell one of yours <grin>.

Seriously, despite these anomalies, some are still O.K. HP-35's have sold for less than $30. Many others have come down... remember the routine $600 HP-15C's about two years ago?

Don't give up the chase yet.

Michael
