What is an HP 82972A for the HP-85?
Message #1 Posted by John on 16 July 2003, 6:46 p.m.

Hi,

eBay has a listing for an HP-85 with an 82972A upgrade - Google has no hits for this, anyone know what this means please?

Thanks, John

It is probably the A to B upgrade. This is why you get the 64K memory module which does not work with the 85A.
