HP85 bus signal levels

I assumed that the HP-85 (and other Series 80 machines) have 0 to +6V levels, but looking at the service manual on the
MoHPC CDROM, I see that the clock signals are 0 to +12V.
Can someone post here the levels that are expected on the
various pins of the I/O bus?
