Freeware RPN Windows Calculator
Message #1 Posted by Patrick on 14 May 2003, 8:15 p.m.

There are a number of Windows-based calculator emulators out there which try to look and behave like various HP models. For the last few years I have used Excalibur for Windows. It doesn't try to look like anything else, which for me is fine, and it does everything I ask of an RPN calculator. It is an amazing piece of freeware and the developer is definitely one of the good guys.

Recommended.

The Windows RPN calculator I've used for years is called xcalc and is available here: http://www.tordivel.no/xcalc/

It has a very useful miniature mode that uses very little screen space.
