And the new CAS is really much better (now it's really FUN to follow Nicks Mathematical Marathons). I'm absolutely enthusiatic about this OS! As near as I can figure out, HP decided that revision 1.18 was "good enough" and no more time and money should be spent on it, but some of the developers kept working on it on their own time. I assume that the problem with IF structures is cured too. The only thing that I can figure is that somehow the operating system was corrupted before you got the calculator. Regards, James

I agree, espec. because I did encounter other strange things with this OS like "transporting" of the seperator-line (the line seperating the the status area from the stack, you know) when scrolling a program ... odd!
