Why the results in the "Favorite Calculator" poll? - Followup Message #1 Posted by Mike on 18 Apr 2003, 12:22 a.m. Ok, some are speculating on why this spread in the voting. It seems to have surprised some. I'm not sure I understand why anyone is confused as the 41 was the most successful calculator and the 42S is compatible with it. The 41 was around for quite some time. I believe, though, that the age of the voters and the number of calculators they have owned, may be a contributing factor. So, let's see. I am 42 years old and my first calc was an HP 21 back in the mid 70's
