if you don't like ebay posts then don't open this

i found an interesting auction at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3017475874&category=11712

in his "about us" section he describes his business like this: "CA Service is an authorized reseller and service center for Hewlett Packard......" but in the item description he says "This is untested it is missing the battery and battery cover it appears to be new, but i have no way to test it so i have to sell it AS IS".

so, do we have an hp service center that can't install three button cells to test a unit that doesn't even have a battery compartment door in the way or a weasel for a seller?

btw: hidden in the verbage is an $8 shipping fee for a $4 stamp. a bio-engineered weasel?

a good evaluation

a good evaluation, something not quite right there. "bioengineered weasel" a most excellent terminology I hope to emulate. Maybe Carly is also bioengineered ?? Might explain a few things. :o)

Looking at the other brands listed, it sound like he might service HP computers and/or printers rather than calculators. Still, they should be able to test a calculator...
