17BII solver Message #1 Posted by mapet on 6 Mar 2003, 5:15 a.m. Hi, I have read that the HP 17BII solver is THE SAME as that installed in 19BII. I wonder if I can use trig functions in 17BII solver? Reagards, MP

I heard that even not documented functions work in the same way as described in the 19BII manual. Has anybody checked it?

I think this statement is incorrect. The list of 19bii solver functions is also on Craig's site. I've tried access trig and other functions in solver equations on the 17bii, but the 17bii sovler refuses to verify such equations.
