hp71 Card Reader Pinout (and CMT multi case connections)

I am looking for the hp71 card reader pinout. I know the following:
Pin 1: GND
Pin 8: transmit data
Pin 9: receive data
I have one of the CMT ruggedized cases and it has several connectors which clearly plug into the card reader pins. I'm trying to figure out which wires go to which pins.
