7 card star trek for 67/97
Message #1 Posted by Malcolm on 26 Feb 2003, 4:18 p.m.

I heard there is a 7 card star trek program for the 67/97.

Has anyone here a listing of this?

Thanks Malcolm

Hi Malcolm,

please use this link for a listing of Star Trek: http://www.rskey.org/gene/hpgene/67sttrk.htm

At http://www.rskey.org/gene/hpgene/ youŽll find more programs, not only for HP-67/-97.

Best regards, Robert

Unfortunately, that's not a 7 card star trek program. :-(

I have a shelf of binders of user library programs for the HP-67 and HP-41, including lots of games. Sadly, I dont' have the time to scan them into PDFs. :-(

Anyone want to volunteer? I'd love to have these available to my fellow enthusiasts!

User Library Programs - scanning

Gene,

I would be delighted to scan the user library programs. I will be picking up a new scanner this weekend that will have a sheetfeeder. So it would be a great test for it!!

I have always wondered what HP did with all the user library programs. Looks like you have some of them. Did HP pass on the the entire library to any user group. There must have been thousands of programs submitted. Since there were all types of users, I'm sure there ar some pretty unusual programs that were submitted.

To Bill / Gene,

If I could help out scanning I would. I have the use of a 40ppm scanner. Just one problem - I live in Oz.

To Bill in particular - I would love to have access to these listings.

Lol. Where is OZ? :-)

I'll try to type up a listing of the program titles to whet everyone's appetite.

Note to the rest of you folks...check your HP calculator goodie stash and see if you have program listings of USEFUL programs lying around. That seems to be lots of games, but then those may be more useful than an HP-67 bicycle tire design program or such. :-)

And, as another poster included, don't forget the programs ALREADY available here on the museum page as well as at my site at www.rskey.org/gene/hpgene

The 7 card Star Trek was for the HP41 series...

Well, there are several star trek games for the HP-41 in the old PPC Journal articles. One was a programmable logic defense version that I liked.

I remember two more.

If you don't have these old PPC Journals on Jake Schwartz' CDROMS, you should consider getting them.
