HP41plot barcode
Message #1 Posted by Peter on 11 Feb 2003, 3:38 p.m.

Hello all! I need a software on the HP41CX to plot a barcode for the optical wand 82153A on the HPIL-Printer 82162A or the standard printer 82143A. If you have this software, could you please send it to me. Best regards Peter

They require varying levels of add on equipment, but it does work. There is no way to do this with just a 41cx. You must have an add on module or two.

Requires the 41CX, HP-IL module, and an 82162 HP-IL strip printer.

You will need to get 4 or 5 lines of synthetic programming into the program, but there are bar codes you can print and scan in on that page.

Sorry for the formatting problems at the bottom of the listing. One of those from typing in steps as X<Y? stuff causing the HTML to think it's a like of some sort.

Cheers!

Barcodeprint with EMU41

Creating barcodes with HP82162 IL thermal printer have absolute poor quality and needs longe calculation time.

CCD module user manual includes a program for faster barcode plot.

Best quality and fast plotts you get by using EMU41 and virtual SKWID INK barcode plot module and your PC printer.

Best wishes from Germany - Christoph Klug
