Back issues of Datafile available
Message #1 Posted by Wlodek Mier-Jedrzejowicz on 5 Feb 2003, 8:58 p.m.

I'm not sure whether to post this in the Classified area or the discussion area ;-)

Now that Jake Schwartz has scanned to CD-ROM Volumes 1 to 20 of our British HP handhelds club journal Datafile, we have less need for our stock of printed back issues. We are going through back issues, trying to make up some complete sets. But then we'll have lots of spare copies of some issues, and we don't want to throw them away if anyone has a use for them.

The question is - does anyone here need complete sets or spare issues? I guess someone might find a use for 60 spare copies of an issue that we overprinted - maybe for a school class?

We are thinking of _selling_ complete year sets of back issues, but would consider giving away spare issues which would otherwise get thrown out. You would have to collect them from London, or pay for shipping, though.

Comments and requests welcome. I can put a table of our stock on our club website if there is enough interest. Or should we put them all on eBay? :-)

Thanks,

Wlodek
