Built in in HP Jornada 820

I have a english HP Jornada 820 with a built in 9018and WINCE 3.01.. It has different bugs in the system or just in displaying..
My german Jornada 820 has a built in of about 8900 and a WinCE 3.0...
Does someone can help me analysing my english one? Which built in do you have?
