Dead HP33E
Message #1 Posted by Alessandro on 7 Jan 2003, 9:57 a.m.

Hello all!

I've a dead HP33C I'd like to bring to life again.

I used this calculator for many years, but now I'm not able to power it on since the only sign of life it shows up is the "low battery power indicator" (a small led "dot" on the upper left side of the display).

Apparently, the problem seems related to power supply board inside the calculator.

In more recent years, I bought a 15C but I'd like to repair my old faihful 33E.

Do you have any hint or suggestion ?

Thank you and greetings from Italy!

Alessandro
