Pioneer with no serial number Message #1 Posted by Randy Sloyer(US) on 23 Dec 2002, 5:38 p.m. I recently aquired a 14B. It is a 1987 Made in USA unit, according to the case. There is nothing special about the piece other than the serial number area is completly blank. Not even a hint of one, just smooth and blank. Has anyone ever seen this before on perhaps an early production unit or prototype?
