Hi;

many 42S were built in here. I have a Brazilian made, and I know a few guys that also have their 42's made in Brazil.

I am not sure they were exported, but Hewlett-Packard is a world-wide co, so, don't feel bother about that. Just give the girl a chance. If you can, test it before buying.

Cheers.

Hi,

dependent on the condition of the machine, and a suitable price, simply buy it. The 'B' can't be worse than the 'ID' made;-)

If you don't want it, brazilians will. Just give them a chance to buy a Brazilian calc. I've been to the Brazilian HP calc manufacturing plant in the 70s. I was a teen, but was impressed by HP and the pride of the workers. My dad had a Brazilian 21, I had a Brazilian 34c (with the bad keyboard), I now have a Brazilian 15c (my brother gave it to me). My wife has a Brazilian 20s. You know what - get it. If you don't like it, maybe I will buy it from you - if the price is ok. Regards from Brazil - there is more than footbal (NOT SOCCER) and Carnival here. Renato
