Message #1 Posted by andy on 2 May 2002, 4:22 p.m.

Can anyone supply me with some information on the HP75 i/o rom? (like what it does, what programs are on it, etc)

Thanks,

All I can tell you is that I looked for one for a long time without success. It provides keywords to let you write programs to do general HPIL I/O (other than printing and file I/O). I finally found some LEX files that let you do some of what the ROM does, which is good enough to get by. At this point in the converstion, I am obliged to point out to you that if you really want to use HPIL, you should stick with the 71B which has the best HPIL support of all.
