Re: HP 42S emulation for HP 48GX or next generation HP calculator

I think HP has grossly missed the mark on the profesional market it vertually created. Alot of HP Calculator users seem to have the same feeling. When the light goes out on the last HP Calculator, the US will no longer have access to its best engineers. They would rather retire than face a job without a proven and trustworthy friend.

Hi;

should I suggest placing "...the World will no longer have access to its best engineers." instead of "...the US will no longer have access to its best engineers."? As seen in this forum, Hewlett-Packard is world-wide, and HewPack calcs are also welcome anywhere. I know you, US-born people, are (surely) proud HewPack was born there (I would). And we, out here, are glad we can taste it, too!

Cheers.

Sorry if I offended anyone. Most of the newsgroups and message boards I have been on are all US based. I forget that this board has world wide readers.

Oops! Misunderstandings...

I was just trying to say: "Hey! We're here, too!"

I would never (and I believe others, too) feel offended.

Thanks for your concerns.

Cheers.
