Guten Tag,
any hints on repair, documentation etc. sources for HP test instruments (oscilloscopes and so on)? Thank you for advice.

The newsgroup sci.electronics.equipment is a good place to ask questions. The next place would probably be sci.electronics.repair . If your ISP doesn't provide newsgroup access, you may be able to access them through google or yahoo.
