For a story from the BBC about fraud on Ebay. The story is not very detailed but it does show some of the scams and that some criminal Ebay trades are being dealt with in the UK. Ebay (UK only?) may be trying to help in the future by requiring more personal details for each user.

This is a selection on the page you provided about a boy getting taken with a playstation bid.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/low/english/audiovideo/programmes/working_lunch/newsid_1853000/1853798.stm

On this page they quote an ebay employee as if it is policy where they respond to a complaint in 24 hours. BUNK. It has been up to a week or two weeks for them to repond with nothing but standard form responses.

All of the claims on this page that state eBay has methods of ensuring they are safe is BUNK. Take a peek at this one also. I already explained some of this to a person that hasn't any experience on eBay yet. I hopt it helps anyone and everyone. The only way you can have a successful transaction on MoHPC or eBLA is as follows:

1. An Honest Seller 2. An Honest BuyerThe

eBLA has nothing to do with it if it is a success. eBLA will not get involved if it is a bad seller, or fraud. Don't kid yourselves. Read my little book:
