HP9825A initialization problems

Have a client that uses his HP9825A Calculator with 8"drives in his lab. His System Cartridge Tape 09885-90035 is damaged and as a result he has no way of initializing his 8" disks.
Looking for solutions such as:
1.) a replacement system tape, or
2.) a ROM Cartridge 98228A, or
3.) someone willing to initialize some 8" disks, or
4.) ....
