Problem 33C

Hello,
I byed an US-Model 33C.
The batteries are down, I connect one from an running 32E
no result - just the little "bat low"-point.
With an german charger ( 220 V) the display turned on with rrr- . Pressing a key the display shows parts of the LED. The keys of the first two rows rattle/clatter.
Someone with an idea to repair this one ?
