My Email inbox self-destructed

My inbox was corrupted this morning. Since I've been travelling a lot lately, I've gotten quite behind on my emails and I believe many recent messages have been lost. (Other messages which haven't been lost had their status set to unread so I can't tell which messages I've responded to.)
I'll sort out what I can but If you don't get a response from me within the next few weeks, I've probably lost your email. Sorry.
