HP 9815A

I have a need to convert data stored on a HP 9815 tape into a file format that can be read by AutoCAD survey program. It would also work if the data could be transfered to a text file that could be read by Microsoft Word. HP used to perform this conversion, but I can not find anyone at HP who knows anything about it. Does anyone know if these old tapes can be converted? If yes, who? I would appreciate any info available.
