A strange HP200LX keyboard
Message #1 Posted by Steve (Australia) on 22 May 2001, 5:39 a.m.

I'm selling an HP200LX on ebay and someone emailed me about the odd keyboard on it.

After looking at the device in the flesh, I noticed that the keyboard is in fact quite different.

There are various accent characters above some of the keys, and the legend under the filer, appt, ... keys is absent.

I wonder if I should pull the auction? I _really_ don't want to misrepresent the item as something it isn't.

Does anyone know what the story is with this keyboard?

I'm not doing this to try to advertise this item, but the best way of seeing the images is going to:

It's the keybord of an Euro-English version, so you have easy access to characters used in european languages.
