HP-12C emulator

Hi all,
I'm trying to write a program for an HP-12C
calculator, but find it's programming capabilities are
very different from, say, an HP-11 or 15C. So, I would
really need an actual HP-12C to test and debug the program.
Not having one such, my question is ¿ is there any freeware
HP-12C emulator for PC/Win98 which implements programming
capabilities ?
Any URLs, ftps, or links much appreciated.
