Ok need quick lesson on 41CX
Message #1 Posted by Mike on 6 Dec 2000, 1:02 p.m.

Can Ext Mem Modules be used with 41CX or are those just applicable for C and CVs?

What modules are of no use, for the CX, if any?

Extended memory modules work fine. X functions and the Time module are supplied as built-in functions on the CX.

Mike,

Dave is right, of course, that two extended memory modules will increase that space. Be aware, however, that you cannot increase the main memory capacity with the 82106 memory modules or the quad memory modules, which only work (increase capacity) on the HP-41C. I made that mistake, and so now I have two singles and one quad, if anyone is interested.

And from memory the 2 extended memory modules cannot be placed one above the other. They must be placed next to each other or on a diagonal.
