Is it possible to remove a classic calc's label intact?
Message #1 Posted by Peter on 18 Oct 2000, 1:05 p.m.

Hi,

I have disassembled several HP 35s, 55s, 65s etc. that have already had their back labels peeled back to get to the chassis screws. I would like to try and do a minor repair to a nice condition 35 and a 55 that have their back labels intact and in good condition.

Has anyone ever been successful at actually removing one of the classic family calculator's back labels intact so that it can be replaced in good condition with no wrinkles, folds, tears or holes?

You experience or comments with this would be greatly appreciated.
