Problems with the HP-41's keyboard

Keys which had lost their feedback it's a very common problem with older HP-41s, so I opened my calculator and I saw that the perforated rubber pad under the keys is now completely flabby and cannot guarantee the feedback of the keys. Any suggestion for a correct replacement? I tried with many possible repalcements but none of them are good...
