A Battery Charger!

Something I've not seen before.
I have just found a couple of external battery chargers for the nicad packs used in HP-97s, HP-41 thermal printers, Tape drives etc.
The battery sits in it, and the transformer plugs into it.
Quite cute really.
Obviously from the days when there were more battery packs that equipment to put them in :-)
I just mention this little find because I've not seen these mentioned anywhere else (not that I've been looking).
