HP-31E Message #1 Posted by shinji-ben on 14 June 2000, 12:09 p.m. Just got a fairly new HP-31E. The serial number start with a * (ie *1837S30971) and it display ',' instead of '.' as decimal point and '.' instead of ',' for thousand seperator. Is this an European model ? Can any one throw some light in this unusual serial number and was there an European model for HP-31E ?
