The fuse is on that little electronic board, it looks like a resistor(!). It's called a "pica-fuse," as I recall, and is rated at 3 amps. Look for the thickest trace on the pc board, and you'll see it head to one of the resistor-like components. I think it is at the end of the row of 3 or 4 resistor-like components. If you check it with an ohm-meter, you will see that it is open. I've replaced these with easily-available (here, anyway) pica-fuses, and also once with a standard 3-amp fuse with wires soldered onto the ends... inelegant but effective. If you can't find it, I'll open up one of mine and double-check the location.
