How to import an ascii program file into TTcalc HP41CV emulator
Message #1 Posted by rupert9000 on 1 Apr 2000, 5:51 p.m.

Well, I finally have found out why I wasn't able to load a program in Ttcalc directly from an ascii file written without the hex codes that Ttcalc appends to every program line. Under File -> Options -> Formats -> Program Options, the Alphan./Hexad option must be set as Alpha. That's all... Now it would be fine to do the same thing with the other emulators too.

I forgot to mention an other detail. If an ascii file created with a given editor can be loaded in the emulator, when the same file is saved with other editors it might not work. I suppose this is due to control characters used by different editors.
