HP97 charger question
Message #1 Posted by Steve on 16 Nov 1999, 9:15 a.m.

I have an HP97 with rebuilt battery pack, but no charger. Currently I charge the battery in an HP41 Printer and transfer the battery over when charged.

I noticed that the HP41 charger (which also fits the HP41 printer) also seems to fit on the prongs sticking out of the HP97.

Is this charger suitable/safe to use with the HP97?

(It's an 82068B, the Australian equivalent of the 82059 (from memory))

If it works with your HP 41 and the HP printer (82143A or 82162A) and is the correct charger for your country it definitely fits for your HP-97.

The charger is a simple transformer. The regulation circuits are in the device being charged.
