HP97 charger question Message #1 Posted by Steve on 16 Nov 1999, 9:15 a.m. I have an HP97 with rebuilt battery pack, but no charger. Currently I charge the battery in an HP41 Printer and transfer the battery over when charged. I noticed that the HP41 charger (which also fits the HP41 printer) also seems to fit on the prongs sticking out of the HP97. Is this charger suitable/safe to use with the HP97? (It's an 82068B, the Australian equivalent of the 82059 (from memory))

The charger is a simple transformer. The regulation circuits are in the device being charged.
