Which charger for 9114A diskette drive? Message #1 Posted by Kevin on 13 Nov 1999, 10:44 p.m. Does anyone know which charger is supposed to go with the HP 9114B HP-IL diskette drive? I just got one with a 82059D charger (8 VAC, 3 VA), however the battery pack on the 9114A says: "20V ~ / 500mA MAX. INPUT". Thanks for the input, Kevin.

There is a rectifier and regular in the battery pack so is possible to run them from a higher voltage. That's why the warning on the case. In fact, the 3421 with the DC power option provides 10.5 VDC for the 9114. Joe
