Problems with HP-19's printer

Hi, I need help... when I try to print something with "Print X" or any other commands printer don't work at all and display says "Error". Battery pack is new with fresh NiCads, I opened calc and cleaned all contacts, calc and battery compartment are clean. Any good piece of advice? Thanks.
