The short answer is.... NO

The long answer is; the 82106A is to be used with the HP-41C only, and up to 4 could be used. The HP-41CV already had all of the standard memory that was available with this machine. The 82180A Extended Functions/Memory Module and the 82181A Extended Memory modules could be used with the HP-41CV. The Extended Memory was "off-line" as in files, that could be read into regular memory.
