HP Museum DVD/CD Mail Order Form

To order CDs or DVDs by mail, please complete this form, then print it and mail it. This method is significantly slower than ordering online. Thank you for your patience.

All available documents:
DVD Set Version 7: $32. Approximately 1400 documents on two DVDs. Same contents as all 23 CDs!

A single CD: $10 each.    (Please use the document list to decide which CD you need and then select it below.)

Upgrade from a previous full set:
DVD Upgrade Set: $12. Upgrades versions 3, 4, 5 and 6 DVDs and CD sets with new Version 7 DVDs.

Please add the following shipping & handling fee:
For single CDs: $3 to all addresses.
For DVD sets: $3 to US, Canada and Mexico, or $6 to other addresses.

Usually, orders received by noon Wednesday PST are shipped each Thursday. In addition to the regular Thursday shipment, additional shipments are often made each week. Your order will be shipped by Thursday at the latest. Credit cards are not charged until the night before the CDs are shipped.

Please make Money Orders or Bank/Cashier's checks payable to The Museum of HP Calculators. No personal checks please. Money orders and bank checks must be written is US dollars. Checks must be drawn on a US bank. You may also send US currency if you accept the risk of losing it in the mail.
